Parque del Recuerdo needed to organise the work of its field team, who walk the park inspecting headstones and checking that inscriptions and other details match the records. Abstract built a web and mobile platform to assign tasks, log findings —even offline— and keep headstone information and locations up to date.

Pain points
Managing the work in Excel spreadsheets made it hard to coordinate inspections, follow up on findings and keep steady progress across all sections.
Limitations
Some sections of the park have no reliable internet connection, so the mobile app had to work offline and sync later. The platform also had to connect securely to Parque del Recuerdo's main database, hosted on its own premises.
