CBB before Abstract
Pain points
Operations relied on poorly standardized processes and multiple actors, generating a lack of visibility, errors, and operational friction.
Limitations
Complex operations with multiple roles and exceptions, integration with existing systems, and the need for a robust and easy-to-use platform.
Project objective
Align expectations, prioritize value, and give execution a clear structure.
Digitalize and standardize the logistics process
Improve coordination between internal and external actors
Ensure complete traceability of operations
Design a robust and easy-to-use platform
Abstract's contribution
Through discovery, design, and architecture, Abstract laid the foundations for a robust, scalable solution aligned with business goals.
Digitalization of logistics operations
We designed and developed a platform that structures and digitalizes operations, replacing manual processes with standardized digital flows that improve efficiency.
